We &lt;br /&gt;are concerned that many of these representatives did not have adequate response time and thus &lt;br /&gt;were unable to attend.  In consequence, we are rescheduling the meeting to Monday July 7th.  We &lt;br /&gt;hope that more groups will be able to attend. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;In March 2008, The City of Surrey invited Berris and Associates to provide landscape &lt;br /&gt;architectural consulting and design services for the development of Wickson Point in Blackie &lt;br /&gt;Spit Park.  Detailed programming and design for this area of the park needs to commence &lt;br /&gt;beyond that provided in the earlier Blackie Spit Park Master Plan of 1999.  &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;We are seeking community input on the vision for Wickson Point.  The vision will aid in &lt;br /&gt;directing the design of the area including environmental considerations, park user circulation, &lt;br /&gt;passive recreation options and street frontage along Wickson Road.   &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;For this initial stakeholder meeting, we are inviting representatives from the Crescent Beach &lt;br /&gt;Residents Association, the Blackie Spit Preservation Society, the Crescent Beach Swimming &lt;br /&gt;Club, the Crescent Beach Dog Owners Association and the Surrey Sailing Club.
